Retail Sales: All retail sale must be paid by credit card or Pay Pal. All credit card orders are to be shipped to the
credit card billing address only.
All large orders over $300.00 require Pay Pal payment only.
Dealer Sales: All dealers must be approved and will be assigned a dealer login code. Call 941-505-0800 for a
dealer application. No dealer prices will be quoted untill a dealer application has been approved.
Shipping: Small light orders will be sent by Express mail. All others will be sent by UPS. All laser orders and
high value will need to be signed for by an adult. All shipping and insurance charges are billed to the customer.
International Orders: No international orders at this time.
Back Orders: TDR911 does not hold any backorders.
Minimum Orders: There is no minimum order.
Damages: All goods are inspected and carefully packed when shipped. Shipping damage claims must be made
with the carrier. All shipping cartons / boxes and packaging material must be kept for inspection. All claims must
be made within 24 hours from time of delivery.
Warranty: Warranty claims are dealt with on a one by one basis. Every manufacturer has different policies.
This may require returning the product to the manufacturer.
TDR911 product claims are processed inhouse as we manufacture them.
Returns: No returns without prior request & must be made within 10 days of delivery. All returned parts must
be new, unused, reasonable condition, and in the original package. You must have a copy of the invoice.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Special order and custom parts may not be eligable for a return, or may have
a restocking fee of 10% or greater depending on the product.
